Can you introduce yourself and your role at CoinSwitch?

My name is Vitesh, and I head public policy for CoinSwitch, which is India’s leading crypto trading platform.

How did you come to know about Avanta Business Centre?

Avanta is quite well-known, as a simple Google search easily brings it up. Additionally, it was recommended to our admin team by someone we know. Our admin team then explored office spaces in the co-sharing category and found Avanta to be a great fit.

What were your primary requirements when choosing an office space?

The most important factor for us was a location in the Central Business District—ideally in the centre of Delhi—since most of the work I do involves engaging with government departments and officials, who are primarily located in this area. Additionally, we wanted to partner with a reputed provider known for its strong business ethics and solid client base.

How has your experience with Avanta been so far?

It’s been very good. We have a cosy, well-located four-seater office near the pantry area. The office has a positive vibe, and the other clients working on the same floor are highly professional and maintain excellent etiquette. Previously, we were in Statesman House, and now we’ve moved to Ambadeep Building. In both locations, our experience has been consistently positive.

How has the Avanta team supported you during your time there?

The Avanta team has been incredibly helpful. For instance, during building construction outside, which was beyond anyone's control, they ensured that noise levels were minimized. Any issues like leakages or spillages are quickly addressed, and the pantry area is always neat and clean. The washrooms are also well-maintained, which is important as we have staff of all genders. Overall, the staff is very cooperative and responsive.

What do you like most about the office space?

Two things stand out for me. Firstly, the workspaces have a very friendly and collaborative environment—it doesn’t feel isolating. Secondly, the vibe is highly professional, which is essential for us as we work in the startup ecosystem. Having a positive, energetic atmosphere with a young workforce around is crucial, especially since it’s just the two of us in the office.

Would you recommend Avanta Business Centre to others?

Yes, absolutely. In fact, even before this conversation, I was already recommending Avanta to someone looking for office space in the co-sharing category. I’ve even shared pictures of one of the rooms here with them on WhatsApp.

How would you rate your overall experience with Avanta?

I would certainly rate Avanta highly. It ticks all the boxes—great location, excellent staff, and a collaborative environment. We are very happy clients with no complaints.
