Can you introduce yourself and your organization?
My name is Akash AAL, and I head the investment banking division at Motilal Oswal for the North region. Motilal Oswal is a well-known, publicly listed company with a market capitalization of about ₹50,000 crores. We specialize in broking, investment banking, and various financial products.
What made you choose Avanta’s office space?
When I was shifting to Motilal Oswal, our team needed a suitable workspace. I visited Avanta, liked the place, and found it better than my previous co-working space. The key factor for us was the location—Connaught Place was a priority. We also wanted a clean, noise-free space, and Avanta checked all the boxes.
How has your experience been with the workspace and facilities?
The workspace is very professional, and we have offices on both the 12th and 13th floors, which are quite good. I haven’t faced any challenges. The cafeteria is very nice, and the staff is polite and supportive, which makes a big difference in creating a comfortable work environment.
How would you rate the support and service from the Avanta team?
The team is very responsive. Whenever I have an issue and reach out, it gets resolved quickly. The attitude of the team members is great, and they ensure smooth operations without any hassle.
How has your overall experience been with Avanta?
Our experience has been great! We’ve been in this building for about seven months now, and in terms of comfort and convenience, everything is excellent. I don’t see any challenges at all.
