Q1. Please introduce yourself.

I am Hridesh Sharma, former CEO of UFI OANA region and currently the Chairman of the Board for UFI India OANA region.

What specific requirements did you have in mind when searching for a workspace?

Innovation was a key process in our mind when building the organization. We wanted a location that would support growth. After evaluating options in Delhi and Gurgaon, we selected our current office at Avanta. The business is flourishing here, and both employees and management are very happy with the choice.

Q3. How long has your association with Avanta been, and in what ways has it contributed to your organization’s success?

Our association began in 2017, the same year we launched this innovation center with Avanta. It was from here that we brought the business from Italy and eventually consolidated operations from across the globe—China, America, Australia, and others—into India. I never imagined closing all other global centers and having India as the central hub, but with Avanta it became possible.

Q4. How has Avanta supported you in terms of flexibility and scalability?

Avanta offered us complete flexibility from the beginning. No organization starts big—it has to grow step by step. We began with just two seats, and today we have over 40 seats along with my office. This ability to scale seamlessly has been invaluable.

Q5. What do you like most about your experience with Avanta?

The unique factor is flexibility and their open approach. They listen, adapt, and work with you, which is crucial for a growing business.

Q6. How do you view Avanta’s operations and admin team?

I’ve always appreciated their approach—there are no boundaries. Whether or not it is their specific field, the operations and front-desk team are always approachable, available, and open to discussions. This makes the experience far more collaborative.

Q7. How would you rate your overall experience with Avanta?

On a scale of 10, I would rate Avanta a 9 out of 10. I never give a full 10, as there is always room for improvement, but my experience has been excellent. The fact that we have continued our association for 7 years says everything.
