Can you please introduce yourself and your role at Talgo India?

My name is Subrat Natah, and I am the Managing Director of Talgo India Private Limited. Talgo is a Spanish company that manufactures high-speed passenger trains, commonly known as bullet trains.

How did you come across Avanta Business Centre and what helped you find this space?

I’ve been working with Avanta since 2018. We were looking for office space, and an agent helped us explore options. When I saw Avanta, I really liked the office, which led us to start working with them.

My experience has been excellent, and the best thing about Avanta is the people. You have wonderful staff, and their dedication keeps me coming back. I’ve been here for six years, and despite paying a premium, I’m happy and want to continue working here.

The environment is very professional. I’ve never had any issues with other companies or professionals. Everyone is courteous and focused on their work. It’s a positive, collaborative atmosphere, and I haven’t had a single negative experience.

Do you get enough support from the Avanta team?

Yes, absolutely. The team goes above and beyond to help, solving any problems I encounter. They are continuously improving the experience, even adding amenities like outdoor seating, which I see being used by others. The support from the Avanta team has been great.
