Please introduce yourself and your role.

I’m Rohit Gupta. I represent Medi and I head insurance partnerships and corporate sales for North and East India, along with managing the PSU business at Medi.

How did you come to know about this location?

I was already aware that Avanta is based in Gurgaon at two locations. When I heard about this new centre, I wanted to explore how it could benefit our employees and the organization overall.

What specific needs were you looking to address while choosing the location?

Our main requirements were transportation feasibility for employees, overall convenience, proper parking, and a hassle-free experience for visiting clients or guests—especially ensuring there’s no issue like waterlogging.

Were these requirements met?

Yes, all of them were fulfilled. There's no parking issue, convenience is great, and the accessibility to the metro is a major plus—it’s just 100 metres away. Cabs can come easily, and we’ve faced no problems.

How has your experience been with the professionalism and hospitality at the centre?

The experience has been really good. Professionalism is always maintained. When a guest arrives, they are seated properly and offered water, tea, or coffee. We are promptly informed that someone is waiting for us. The concierge service is excellent—for both guests and invitees.

How has your experience been with the support staff?

It has been great. Kaneshka and Faras are both very supportive. We’ve received full assistance, even extended support when needed. There hasn’t been any issue at all.

How would you describe the overall work environment?

The work environment is very positive. The ambiance allows us to focus and work with concentration. If we need a meeting or conference room, it's easily available. Everything is set up well to ensure a productive workspace.

How does this workspace compare to your previous one?

I would say it’s awesome. Compared to our last space, this one is definitely a step up in every way. It feels more premium and better suited to our needs.
