How do you feel about the overall welcome and environment at the office?
It's very good and kind. I receive a warm welcome every day, and I see people around all the time, which I really like.
How would you describe your interaction with the staff?
The staff is very cooperative and supportive. Sometimes our materials arrive late in the evening—around 7:00 or 8:00 p.m.—and even if I’m not in the office, the team coordinates well and assists properly. They speak nicely and in a very professional manner. I truly appreciate their service.
What are your thoughts on the facilities and support provided?
The experience with both the facilities and the staff has been pretty good. When I compare it with our Gurgaon office, the staff here makes an effort to provide the same level of service. They excel in verbal communication and overall support, especially for what you’d expect from a satellite office.
How does this co-working space compare with your previous one?
It’s much better than my last co-working space. Here, the focus is much more on us, which is a big positive.
How do you feel about the ambience and working environment?
The place is very calm and peaceful. I enjoy the ambience and the overall environment—it’s a very good space to work in.
